Business, Employment, & Labor Risk Prevention Program

“Litigation is one of the worst dispute resolution mechanisms ever known to man.”Thomas H. Hazzard, Past President, Idaho Employers Council

Although we litigate matters every day, the core of our practice is a proactive approach to legal service. Our FLAT FEE Risk Prevention Program offers businesses *unlimited access to qualified business, employment, and labor law counsel, when they need it, without having to worry about a clock ticking on the other end of the telephone line.

The Program encourages businesses to seek advice and counsel before problems arise or grow larger. Too often, businesses seek legal counsel after a problem has grown too large to resolve, short of litigation. This can largely be avoided by regular communication with counsel, proactive review of business and employment practices, policies, and contracts; education; and easy access to legal counsel from attorneys who focus on business and employment matters.

We limit the number of businesses that can participate in the Program so that we can ensure our clients personal, efficient, and timely attention. We firmly believe that customer service is more important in the provision of legal services than in any other business.
